Participation of the Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce in the First International Agriculture and Livestock Exhibition of Afghanistan

Mawlawi Ahmadullah Zahid, Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce of Afghanistan, attended the First International Agriculture and Livestock Exhibition of Afghanistan and visited various sections and exhibition booths.

During his visit, Mawlawi Ahmadullah Zahid, accompanied by the leadership and executive board of the Afghanistan Chamber of Agricultural and Livestock Products, including Haji Mirwais Haji-Zada, Deputy of the Chamber; Al-Haj Omid Haidari, Head of International Relations and Member of the Chamber’s Board of Directors; and Dr. Wasim Safi, Head of the Executive Board of the Chamber, visited various booths and held discussions with a number of local producers and stakeholders in the agriculture and livestock sectors.

During the visit, locally produced and domestic products, particularly agricultural and livestock products, were showcased, while the production capacities of local producers were also highlighted.

The visit was conducted as part of efforts to support domestic production, showcase the capacities of the agriculture and livestock sectors, and strengthen cooperation and communication among government institutions, the Afghanistan Chamber of Agricultural and Livestock Products, and private-sector stakeholders
